General Terms and Conditions for the use of the Website The site “Blog La Prima” available at the link “https://bloglaprimades.plako.net” (“Site”) is owned by the company La Prima S.r.l., with registered office in via Carlo Curotti 21, 24060 - Castelli Calepio (BG) (“La Prima”). By visiting the Site, the user accepts the following terms of use aimed at regulating the agreement between La Prima and the user of the Site regarding the use of the Site. Any user who does not accept the following terms of use must refrain from browsing the Site. These terms of use of the Site, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie policy (link) may be updated or modified by La Prima, without prior notice, if necessary to ensure compliance with supervening legal provisions or to adapt them to new services provided by La Prima through the Site. The Site includes editorial contents and contents with promotional purposes of products/services. Subscription to the newsletter By browsing this Site and subscribing to the newsletter through the appropriate feature available on the Site, the user agrees to receive newsletters at the email address indicated at the time of subscription. The user may request, at any time, not to receive the aforementioned newsletter via the appropriate unsubscribe link at the bottom of the communications received or through a specific email to be sent to info@witaocean.com. Liability for online comments La Prima reserves the right to remove without notice and at its sole discretion comments that are unlawful, defamatory and/or libellous, vulgar, invasive of other’s privacy, racist, classist or otherwise reprehensible; which contain promotions relating to political parties, political movements, religions or sects, terrorist or extremist movements and content inspired by fanaticism, racism, hatred or irreverence; which may harm, in any way, minors of any age; which provide private information, confidential information also learned by virtue of an employment relationship or a confidentiality agreement; which contain personal data or telephone numbers of their own and of third parties; which are harmful to patents, trademarks, secrets, copyrights or other industrial and/or intellectual property rights of third parties; that have contents of an advertising nature and, more generally, that use messages for commercial purposes (promotion, sponsorship and sale of products and services); that communicate using coded messages; that use vulgar or blasphemous language. The contents of single blog comments represent the views of the author. Comments with an evident fictitious e-mail address will be removed. La Prima reserves the right to collect and keep the identification data, the date, the time and the IP address of the computer from which the comments are published in order to deliver them, upon request, to the competent authorities. Limitation of Liability Users also acknowledge that sending communications over the Internet may not be completely secure or confidential, and should therefore consider this contingency before sending any personal or confidential information to the Administrators or any third party through the Site. It is the express responsibility of Users to ensure that their computer is adequately protected against viruses, unauthorized access or other security breaches.
